Dr. Claire Gililland • Medical Director

Dr. Gililland joined the All Pets family in 2018. She is originally from Little Rock, Arkansas. She received her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from the University of Arkansas then earned her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Missouri. Dr. Gililland has a strong interest in surgery. In her free time, she enjoys playing soccer and spending time outdoors with her husband, Dylan, and their Dalmatian, Margot.

Dr. Jessica May

Dr. May joined All Pets Animal Hospital in September, 2014. She is a native Texan, but attended Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas for her undergraduate education. Dr. May then traveled to Michigan State University to earn her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine and moved to northwest Arkansas shortly after graduating. She practiced as a small animal veterinarian in Rogers for two years then made the move to Bentonville. Dr. May loves to take advantage of the beauty of Northwest Arkansas with her husband Nicholas and their two boys.

Dr. Kendall Madson

Dr. Madson joined the All Pets team in June, 2016. Native to the area, she graduated from Rogers High School and went on to receive a Bachelors of Science in Animal Science from the University of Arkansas. She then earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Missouri (Mizzou). Dr. Madson has a special interest in surgery, dentistry, and community outreach. She has two dogs named Bandit and Ellie. She enjoys spending her free time outdoors hiking, camping, and fishing with her husband, Kevin and their daughter.

Dr. Layla Shanehsaz

Dr. Shanehsaz is a 2022 graduate of Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine, where she appeared on the President’s Honor Roll six semesters. She began working in the profession as a student in 2016, and has a particular interest in internal medicine and ophthalmology. She played volleyball at the college level, and stays active now exploring the mountain biking trails in NWA with her fiancé, her pitbull mix Remi, and her cats Poppy and Gordi.

Dr. Wayne R. Wolfenkoehler (Dr. Wolf)

Dr. Wolfenkoehler (better known as “Dr. Wolf”) established All Pets Animal Hospital in 1990 after gaining experience in a mixed-animal practice in the area. He is the oldest of five children in an Air Force family who moved all over the world. After settling in Oklahoma City as a high school senior, he attended Oklahoma State University School of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 1986. A love for animals and a strong aptitude for science came together in the 6th grade and from that point forward his career plans were set! He and his wife, Lorrie, have two grown daughters, and an assortment of dogs, cats, and chickens.

Dr. Lindsey Allen

Dr. Allen joined All Pets Animal Hospital in 2023. She originally grew up in Prairie Grove, AR. She graduated from Ouachita Baptist University then attended Oklahoma State College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Allen is fear-free certified and a member of the veterinary national honor society, Phi Zeta. Her special interests include dermatology, ophthalmology, and behavioral medicine. In her free time, Dr. Allen enjoys spending time with her family, going to concerts, and exploring the beautiful NWA with her husband, Tyler, and her springer spaniel, Opal.

Traci • HR and Operations Manager

Traci spent the last 15 years at a large veterinary hospital in the Dallas area where she served most recently as the Operations Manager. After her relocation to northwest Arkansas, she joined our hospital in 2015 in a management capacity. Traci has been in the veterinary profession since she was 18 years old – working in nearly every part of a hospital – as a kennel attendant, receptionist, nurse assistant, trauma nurse, customer service representative, and more. In addition to handling HR and Operations, she manages the inventory at both clinic locations. She and her husband have 5 grown children and a wide assortment of dogs and cats at home.
